Membership in the Guild is open to Catholic members of the legal profession. At the present time, the Guild numbers several hundred Catholic lawyers in the Chicago area, including judges and public officials.

Law students, non-Catholic lawyers, paralegals, and other professional employees of law firms are eligible for adjunct membership.
